Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is processed when you visit Estetes.com, contact us, or choose to visit our Facebook community.

Effective: September 15, 2026

1. Who we are

Estetes is operated by Adrocks s.r.o., IČO 08285055, with its registered office at Bayerova 588/16, Veveří, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic (“Estetes,” “we,” “us”).

Privacy questions may be sent to hello@estetes.com.

2. Information processed on this website

This MVP website does not provide user accounts, a contact form, or payment functionality. Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NCZP8VBD) manages optional measurement tools. Its loading may send Google your IP address, browser details and the page visited. When you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics 4 can measure page views and interactions so we can improve the site. When you opt in to marketing, the Meta Pixel can measure visits and ad performance and may support remarketing on Meta platforms. These tools can receive online identifiers, device and browser information, the page URL and interaction events. A visit to a breast augmentation website may itself suggest an interest in a health-related topic. We do not intentionally send Facebook group posts, membership answers, medical records, names or email addresses to those website tags.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events—to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. These logs are not used by Estetes for advertising or profiling.

3. When you contact us

If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily provide so we can respond, maintain appropriate records, and protect our legal rights. Please do not send medical records, photographs, or other sensitive health information by email.

4. Cookies and choices

Essential browser storage may be used for site delivery, security and remembering privacy choices. With your analytics permission, Google Analytics 4 may set identifiers such as _ga and property-specific cookies. With your marketing permission, Meta Pixel may set _fbp and, when ad click information is present, _fbc. Which identifiers appear and how long they last depend on the published tag settings and your browser. Google Tag Manager may make a technical request to Google when the page loads even if optional measurement is declined.

An independent consent tool loaded through Google Tag Manager manages analytics and marketing preferences separately where a choice is required. You can decline optional tools and still use Estetes.com. Use that tool’s preferences control to change or withdraw a choice, or email hello@estetes.com with a privacy request. A withdrawal affects future processing and cannot undo data already sent. Where applicable, a browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a marketing opt-out.

5. Facebook community and external links

Links to our Facebook group take you to a service operated by Meta. Facebook may collect and process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Estetes.com does not control Meta’s tracking, accounts, or platform-level data practices.

When you request membership or participate in the group, Estetes moderators may see information made available through your Facebook profile, answers to membership questions, posts, comments, reactions, reports, and moderation history. We use this information only to review membership, administer and protect the community, enforce its rules, respond to concerns, and maintain a respectful environment. We do not export member lists or use group health discussions for advertising profiles.

Breast surgery discussions may reveal sensitive health information. Do not submit medical records or information you do not want other group members to see. Participation and disclosure are voluntary, and no online group can guarantee that another member will not copy or share content contrary to the rules. Where applicable law requires consent for our handling of health-related information, we rely on your explicit, informed choice to provide it and you may withdraw that choice for future processing by deleting the content or contacting us.

6. Why we process information

We rely on legitimate interests to deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse, administer the community, and respond to ordinary requests; on steps requested by you when answering an inquiry; on legal obligations where recordkeeping or disclosure is required; and on your consent for optional analytics and marketing tools where required, as well as voluntarily supplied sensitive information where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

7. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by providers that support hosting, security and email delivery; Google receives technical information when the GTM container loads. If you permit analytics, Google may also process website usage data through Google Analytics 4. If you permit marketing, Meta Platforms may process website usage and advertising identifiers through its Pixel. Meta may use that data for ad delivery and measurement across its platforms, which may count as sharing for targeted advertising under some US state laws. Some providers process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used. See Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

8. Retention

Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and service operation. Email correspondence is retained for the time needed to respond and meet legitimate business or legal recordkeeping needs. Data retained by Google Analytics and Meta is subject to the settings of our accounts and their respective policies. We review our measurement settings and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to receive a portable copy. We do not sell personal information for money or use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Marketing-related sharing for targeted advertising can be declined or turned off through the consent tool’s privacy choices. Depending on your US state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising; you can use those choices or contact us.

Send requests to hello@estetes.com. We may need to verify your identity and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live or to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

10. Age

Estetes.com and the community are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Security

We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards. However, no internet service or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the project develops. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
